AUTHOR GUIDE

1.0 Abstracts
1.1 A team of reviewers will select the Abstracts for oral or poster presentations.
1.2 English shall be the official language throughout the meeting.
1.3 Acceptance is on condition that Abstracts will be presented during the      conference.

2.0 Meeting Registration
2.1 It is our expectation that no one will present more than 2 abstracts and people      will be restricted to two or less oral presentations.
2.2 At least one author needs register by 15th April 2005 to ensure that the
     abstract is included in the final program and publication of abstracts.
2.3 Visa and MasterCard payment preferred.

3.0 Instruction
3.1 Each Abstract is limited to 500 words or 1-A4 page maximum (including figures      and tables).
3.2 A SGD30 processing fee is payable for EACH abstract at the time of submission.
     This amount is non-refundable.
3.3 Only camera-ready Abstracts in PDF format with print quality resolution will be      accepted. Please strictly follow the style files provided.
